Where we ship

Larkspire ships within Australia only. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. There's no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed; occasionally carrier delays occur that are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 or more business days, contact us at admin@larkspireco.com and we'll chase it up.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email admin@larkspireco.com within 30 days of the dispatch date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
